A Great Gathering!

On Sunday, October 17th, we had the pleasure of hosting an end-of-season Cruise-In get together with the most fabulous people we've met since moving to North Carolina.

All are classic car enthusiasts, and each own the most unique and beautifully maintained cars in the state.

Four decades of classic and vintage automobiles lined our driveway and street. Among them was a baby blue 1955 Chevy, owned by Kent Jennings and a hotter than hot 1941 Willys owned by Jack and Teresa Hiatt.

Many were classics from the 1930's, including our own "Lola," a 1932 Dodge Brothers Sedan. Also here was a 1931 Dodge Brothers Sedan black beauty owned by Charles and Darlene Crutchfield; a sleek silver 1933 Pontiac owned by Alvin and Joyce Daniels; a fabulous 1932 Chevy owned by Eldon and Frances Hughes; a fully restored drop-dead gorgious 1934 Studebaker owned by Wade and Ann Beeson; an equally lovely 1933 Chevy owned by Gurney Yokeley; and a beautiful 1934 Plymouth Coupe owned by Eddie Bodenhamer and Judy Beshears.

Unfortunately not here was Bethany Bee's fabulous 1928 Ford Roadster, but her husband, Mike, brought "Miss Beehavin," his bright yellow 1928 Chevy.

Our driveway was lined with automobiles that are second to none in terms of style and quality. And our home was filled with the most fabulous people we've ever had the pleasure to meet.

Here I'd like to share pictures of the event for all to enjoy:
